So Yesterday I made my goal of 10,000 Steps. My legs I can feel muscles in them.
I am up early again I did Yoga this morning. Now I am running late and I have to go get ready for work.

I figured if I blog about how I am feeling and keep my self motivated by the fact that people may be reading this may help. Even though I have a lap band I still struggle with weight. But now the weight is off, and I am doing well and healthy... So Now it is time to try for a baby.. before I hit 35.
